CB Connector lets you make a connection between the CMS (Content Management System) Joomla! v1.0.x and a forum software. CB Connector is a plugin for the “Community Builder” component. The “Community Builder” component was written by Beat and JoomlaJoe and was created to make it easier for webmasters to create a online community website with Joomla!.

CB Connector can create the connection between Joomla! and a forum without altering the core files of either system, it has a user synchronization feature that can import and export existing users between both systems. It can register new users automatically into the forum when they register at your site and as a extra bonus we added a convenient control panel for you to manage all the advanced features of the CB Connector.

		Check for interferring usernames when changing username in CB
		Newly registered CB users are registered into the forum
		When users are activated in CB they are activated in the forum
		When the user updates their CB username it is updated in the forum
		When the user updates their CB password it is updated in the forum
		When the user updates their CB e-mail address it is updated in the forum
		When the user uses "forgot my password" it is updated in CB and the forum
		When a user is deleted in CB they are also deleted in the forum
		- the forum user can be deleted leaving their posts, votes, etc.
