Another step closer to v2 Final!

This one fixes a several of the reported issues with Beta 3, adds Categories Hierarchy  support, fixes a few potential security issues...

Hopefully this will be the last Beta release prior to v2 Final... So BY ALL MEANS... if you see an issue or think you see an issue report it in the forums...

I am in cleanup mode and hope to release this final in the coming weeks (I know you have heard that before)
